   Our services are available to individuals of all ages, regardless of income, race, ethnicity, or background. However, certain services may be subject to specific eligibility criteria. Please contact us directly to confirm eligibility for certain services.
3. Confidentiality and Privacy
   Your privacy is a priority. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information shared during your visits. Personal health information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

   While Coastal Choices provides a range of healthcare services, some of our services may be non-medical in nature, such as pregnancy counseling, educational resources, and support groups. We do not provide abortion services or referrals for abortion.
8. No Coercion Policy
   We are committed to providing care in a compassionate and non-coercive environment. We do not pressure or manipulate individuals into any decisions related to their pregnancy. Our goal is to ensure you have access to accurate information and emotional support, empowering you to make the best decision for your situation.

10.  Fees and Payment
    All of our services are provided at no cost. We believe that financial constraints should not prevent you from receiving the care and support you need.
11.  Cancellations and Missed Appointments
    If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. A 24-hour notice is appreciated so we can accommodate other individuals seeking services. Repeated missed appointments may result in limitations on scheduling future visits.
12. Limitations of Liability
    Coastal Choices strives to provide the highest quality care. However, by using our services, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for any adverse outcomes related to medical decisions or actions taken outside of our clinic’s scope of care. If you require specialized care, we will refer you to a licensed healthcare professional or facility.
