Yes. Coastal Choices provides pregnancy testing and qualifying ultrasound services at no cost to you. All our services are completely free and confidential.

Upon your arrival, our friendly receptionist will guide you to meet a dedicated medical professional from our team. We will perform a medical-grade pregnancy test. In the event of a positive test result, a dedicated medical professional from our team may perform a limited ultrasound to verify the pregnancy’s viability and estimate the age of the fetus. Pregnancy options and education will be provided to facilitate making an informed decision. This is followed by an opportunity to talk in a judgment-free environment.

It is advisable to have an ultrasound to confirm the viability of your pregnancy and to ensure it is located within the uterus, as approximately 25% of pregnancies end in miscarriage. Moreover, the ultrasound helps in determining the stage of your pregnancy, which is essential in making an informed decision about the type of abortion procedure you may consider. Dependent on your test results and at the nurse’s discretion, a free, limited ultrasound may be offered.

We provide all services at no cost. The pre-abortion screening and options counseling are free of charge which may include a pregnancy test, ultrasound, and education on pregnancy options including abortion. The ultrasound is a necessary and precautionary step before any abortion procedure or abortion pill is taken. It will show the viability of the pregnancy. Depending on the ultrasound results, you may not need to pay for an abortion or the abortion pill. Our clinic does not provide nor refer for abortions.
